The User is the company with whom the Temporary Work Agent / Leasing Company signs a Service / Provision Contract for optimising the operational costs of existing employees, supplementing human resources for new projects or replacing employees for a certain period.
It is a company authorized as a Temporary Work Agent, which deals with taking over the employees of a company that intends to outsource human resources management and with hiring temporary labor for Companies / Users whose business has grown unexpectedly, have seasonal projects or want outsourcing the personnel administration process.
The Temporary Employee is a person employed by the Leasing Company / Temporary Work Agent who performs work at the Company / User, for a determined duration, in order to fulfills the tasks of the position for which he is employed or of certain precise tasks of a temporary nature.

Personnel leasing is one of the recruitment methods that offers companies the opportunity to reduce staff costs and attract, at the same time, candidates with the necessary level of qualification. The recruitment of
the candidates is done according to the requirements of the Company / User. The selected persons will be included in our payrolls being considered full-fledged employees. Therefore, the new employees sign an employment contract with our leasing company, in which their rights and obligations are stipulated and they take note of the content of the code of ethics of the hired employee. Finally, the people recruited by us are made available to the Company / User in order to fulfil the work tasks established in advance and within the predetermined deadlines. In this way, the Company / User who hires temporary employees has no legal connection with them, the responsibility for the work performed reverting to us.
The obligations of the Company / User are both towards the employees and towards the leasing company. Its obligations towards the employees consist in the fact that it must ensure working conditions according to the legal provisions.
Recruitment through the Leasing method, depending on the duration of employment is categorised into 4 types. We recommend that you carefully analyse which option is beneficial for your company:
Staff leasing – The Leasing Company concludes an individual employment contract with the respective employee, after which he is directed to a Company / User where he is to carry out his professional activity, the duration varying from three months to 2-3 years and more. Temporary leasing – usually applied for short-term works or projects, from a few days to 2-3 months.
Personnel outsourcing – involves the transfer of a number or category of employees within the organisation to the Leasing Company. At the same time, the respective employees are excluded from the payroll of the organisation, by making them available, in order to be re-employed in the leasing organisation. The latter, in turn, concludes individual employment contracts with new employees, becoming their official employer. Thus, the respective employees establish new legal labor relations with the leasing organisation, but continue to work for the previous organisation, fulfilling their tasks and work responsibilities provided for the occupied positions.
Personnel outsourcing – is a form of work loan for a certain period in which the organisation transfers its employees to another organisation in order to perform certain activities, regulated by a contract concluded between the two parties.
